This hotel surprised me! the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super helpful. They even remembered my name and my dietary restrictions. the internet was fast and the cable had a lot of options. the location was convenient for my business trip.
The hotel is near a highway, so the view isn't great. But, they did a great job with soundproofing the rooms so I didn't hear any noise.

The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket and highway access. There are some proper restaurants nearby, or you can take a short taxi ride to reach the area near Viracopos airport. the rooms are clean and comfortable with good service. the breakfast is also quite satisfying with a variety of options.
The hotel's interior is dated and uninspiring.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was above average with a great variety of options. We really enjoyed the delicious meals in the restaurant as well. The hotel had lots of facilities like a sauna, gym, and pool, although we didn't get a chance to use them. The location was perfect for exploring the area with our kids, and having a supermarket right next door was really convenient for getting supplies. We were also impressed with the outstanding service provided by the kitchen when we requested a specific item for breakfast.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Clean, spacious rooms and nice breakfast with fresh fruit and a variety of options. Convenient location close to a supermarket and easy access to main roads. Also, good gym and sauna facilities.
The walls are quite thin, so noise from outside or neighboring rooms can be bothersome. The wifi was also a bit slow and unstable at times. Additionally, the pool was small and not very inviting. the hotel is suitable for short stays but may not be the best option for those seeking a more luxurious experience.
